The transmitter also features two modes of training: stimulation only and pager/vibration plus stimulation. The intensity of the stimulation can be easily adjusted using the settings on your dog's collar.If you select the "pager plus stimulation" setting, the collar will vibrate when your dog approaches the wire boundary. This silent vibration acts as a warning to your dog. If your dog continues towards the wire perimeter, the collar will administer a static correction until your dog turns back. These static corrections are completely safe and will not harm your dog. They simply act as a deterrent that your dog will quickly learn to avoid. The "stimulation only" mode provides a static correction from the very beginning, very effective for stubborn dogs.The collar is waterproof and can be used on any type of dog 10 pounds and up, with a neck size up to 24 inches. The collar has five adjustable levels of correction, allowing you to tailor the correction intensity to any dog's temperament. The collar comes with a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery.
